High West Bourbon
Founded in 2006/2007 in Park City, Utah, is a renowned distiller and blender known as the state's first legal distillery since prohibition. High West Bourbon is a complex blend of straight bourbons producing an aromatic whiskey, rich and earthy on the palate with well-balanced flavors of candy corn, honey nougat and sweet corn bread biscuits.
Great in cocktails but has the complexity to stand on its own.
